Radici by Miky was born from the Defina family’s passion for the land and respect for the environment, in Monterosso, in the heart of Cinque Terre. Our olive groves in the heart of Monterosso al Mare and our vegetable gardens in the Val di Vara district follow biodynamic methods and respect natural cycles.
Every dish we serve tells the story of our commitment to enhancing local raw materials. Our ingredients, cultivated with passion and care, are the result of a process that respects the rhythms of nature.
