Customers will be able to experience the thrill of a lunch service… they will be right in the kitchen with our chef and brigade, and they will enjoy dishes prepared especially for them: starter, first course, second course, and dessert.

With styles and production methods completely different from one another.
The wines will be paired with dishes created specifically to enhance each wine and to place it within the context of our traditional cuisine.

Visit to the vegetable garden and final tasting at the farmhouse.

Exclusive visit to our vegetable garden in the Val di Vara.
Customers will be accompanied and will experience a true farmer’s day.
Omar will take care of them, showing them our crops and explaining our traditional vegetables. He will also give them
the opportunity to independently pick the fruit and vegetables they prefer, which they can then take home with them…

A special moment will be organized for them:
A picnic with dishes we have prepared using vegetables from our fields, which guests will be able to enjoy directly in our garden!
Omar will also offer a small wine tasting of our own production, compared with a wine from the Val di Vara.
The tour includes transfer from Monterosso to the Val di Vara (and return), with an estimated travel time of about 30 minutes.
Maximum 6 people.

Olive harvesting

Our guests will be able to harvest olives with us, actively helping in the picking while receiving explanations from Omar,
including an introduction to pruning and to the different olive varieties present in our olive grove.
At the end of the harvest, our guests will be able to taste the olive oil we produce.

Pesto and gnocchi class with hands-on participation by the guest.

Gnocchi will be made using our own potatoes, with an explanation of the characteristics that distinguish them, as well as pesto prepared with a mortar.
